One of the greatest fears in life is the fear of public speaking.  How do we conquer that fear and how do we use it for our daily lives?  It can affect our work relationships, our ability to interact in group situations, and primarily how do we use public speaking in our church services.  Platform Decorum is essential to any worker in the religion of Spiritualism.
